I have been a tenant at The Portal in Windsor and have had Samantha Berrey as my realestate agent for my time renting at the property. A few years ago I bought a new apartment in Brisbane sight unseen. I’m a registered nurse in Cairns and was trying to plan for my retirement. A big deal for me as I had no experience in investment property. My apartment was managed by Senior Property Manager Samantha Berrey from GVG Living.

Samantha was brilliant, always available, always professional and even though we’d never met in person I felt safe and confident in her management of my apartment. The inspections of the property where always on time and detailed with photos. Any repairs/maintenance were well explained and attended to.

I eventually decided to sell the apartment and asked Samantha to manage the sale. Again, exemplary service and communication with Samantha. The sale was very smooth and I am very happy with my profit that will enable me to get closer to retirement.
