Once you have received approval of your application, it’s time to take the next step in securing your tenancy!  Your Property Manager will email you with some instructions on how to secure the property.  Namely, you will be required to pay the bond and initial 2 weeks rent on the premises.  You will also need to sign and return the lease documents
