We are always working behind the scenes to start our management process on new builds before they are complete! Working closely with the developers, GVG Living gets involved early in the development stage, to ensure that the by-laws/levies are accurate, as well as providing accurate rental appraisals and information, and discussing caretaking agreements.

We are excited as our current upcoming projects are nearing completion, and we hope to have residents moving in shortly after completion to a finished product and a well-thought-out community environment.
