Geoff Price brings years of building and construction knowledge to the team. As the director of Building Management, Geoff has the ‘know-how’ to get the job done right the first time. With many years of experience in residential complexes, his wealth of knowledge is unparalleled. Geoff not only understands the construction process, and the ins-and-outs of the development process, but he also places high importance on customer satisfaction and will always go above and beyond to come up with suitable solutions for all involved, no matter what the scenario. Geoff places high importance on time management and quality processes, and is always striving to improve service at every level. Jayde is our teams newest member and comes on board as our Property Manager due to expansion in the company. Jayde comes to us with experience in Property Management in his home town of Bundaberg. He has plenty of experience in the Property Management sector, spanning from rental inspections through to complex maintenance issues. His friendly and positive nature helps bring a calming effect to even the most strenuous situation and can always be relied on to follow things through to the end. With a keen eye for detail, Jayde is very thorough in inspections and diligent with paperwork. Whether you are an owner or a tenant, Jayde will go above and beyond to ensure your property is looked after and ensure you are happy with the service you receive.
Dean is a new Building Manager who has come on board to look after some of our beautiful buildings. Dean enjoys being on the front foot and ensuring your complex is kept in pristine condition. With many years of varied experience under his belt, Dean is able to rectify a lot of maintenance issues on the spot. He takes pride in showcasing our beautiful buildings in their best condition which means making sure they are clean and tidy, fixing maintenance issues and also identifying areas for improvement. You can rest assured that Dean will go above and beyond to ensure your home is presented in it’s best possible light at all times.
Steve, Vicki & Tahnee are our caretaking trio at Estilo on Kittyhawk. Being resident caretakers, they live in the building so have a vested interest in ensuring it’s maintained to the highest standard. Being the friendly faces on the ground, they are truly apart of the Estilo community – a community that embodies what we as a company stand for – ‘we care how you live.’ Their role is to ensure the building is clean and all maintenance is attended to, however it extends so much further than that. Steve, Vicki & Tahnee are able to work together to ensure all bases are covered and your building is presented in its best light and is welcoming you home every day.
