Moving In and Out
To book a moving time, you will need to contact our agency to make a booking.
Move-ins can occur during 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday by appointment. The reason for these restrictions is so as to not disrupt other residents by blocking off the lift at the time people are most frequently going to, or coming home from work.
You will need to email the building manager at [email protected] to make your booking. Please ensure to include the building name, your unit number, and the time frame in which you wish to book the lift.
Bookings MUST be made at least 2 business days prior to the date to ensure we have sufficient time to approve your request, install the elevator protective curtains, and provide you the lift lock off key.
Once you are finished moving, you simply need to return the lift lock off key to the Body Corporate mailbox and notify our agency accordingly.
