The Portal Windsor BBQ Booking

VIP – IF YOU WISH TO USE THE BBQ, YOU MUST SPECIFY THIS WITHIN YOUR BOOKING. THE BBQ IS KEPT OFF AT ALL TIMES AND ONLY TURNED ON WHEN THERE IS AN APPROVED BOOKING THAT HAS REQUESTED IT’S USE.

IF YOU FAIL TO REQUEST USE OF THE BBQ, IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR USE DURING YOUR BOOKING.

We require 1 – 2 business days notice for all bookings, especially those which require use of the BBQ to ensure our staff are available to attend site and turn it on for you.

*Please note – we require at least 2 business days notice if you are planning on using the BBQ. If your request requires use of the BBQ and has been made less than 2 business days in advance, we cannot guarantee we will be able to connect the BBQ prior to your booking. You will receive a response to confirm if this is possible after your request has been submitted.
