Terms & Conditions

In times of health or other publicly declared community risks, all directives of relevant governments, agencies and departments must be adhered to by all attendees in the designated BBQ/Rec / Function Area.

By booking this BBQ / Rec / Function Room area you agree to adhere to the Body Corporate By-Laws applicable to your complex. (The By-Laws are contained in your Residents Info Documents on the Owners and Tenants Portal.)

Certain terms and conditions apply to BBQ/Rec / Function Room area bookings. By making a booking, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions of use:

You will only utilise the space for the duration booked and no more than the number of attendees advised in the booking
Food and alcohol is permitted, however all care must be taken with glass to ensure no breakages occur. In the event of a breakage it is your responsibility to ensure all glass is collected and the area made safe. Broken glass must be wrapped securely (preferably in newspaper or other strong wrap) and deposited in the bin for safe disposal. (Use of outdoor drinkware rather than glass is recommended.)
All rubbish including bottles, cans, food scraps, etc must be removed from the area prior to departing. This includes emptying the bin. The bin must be emptied; clean bin liner placed in the bin; rubbish then taken to the refuse room
If BBQ plates are used, these must be cleaned. No grease/oil is to be poured down the sink.
If the space is not left clean, additional cleaning fees will apply. Depending on the time, this can range from $70 – $110 per hour plus administration fees and GST, or more if damage has occurred.
Noise is to be kept to a reasonable level. Music is allowed as long as it does not interfere with the peace and quiet enjoyment of other residents within the building. Music should be turned down or turned off after 8pm during the week and 9pm on weekends
Safety precautions must be taken at all times. Climbing over railings for any reason whatsoever is prohibited.
Costs incurred for the repair of breakages / damage that occurs during the use of this space will be payable by the registered occupant/s who made the booking
The Recreation area/s is monitored by CCTV 24hrs a day and all invitees need to be made aware that should any issues arise from use of the area, the CCTV footage will be referred to for clarification and identification of the person / persons involved / responsible. In the event of any illegal activity the footage will be handed over to the police.
No illegal substances are to be brought into the complex or common property areas at any time. Smoking is not permitted in any common property areas in the complex.
Where applicable, the pool area is NOT available for booking/s. The Pool Rules are to be adhered to at all times during the use of the pool and/or associated facilities within the pool area.
No pets are to be brought into any Recreation Area at any time.
All lights (where applicable) are to be turned off at the end of a booking.
