Routine inspections are carried out on a regular basis throughout the year. The initial routine is 3/4 months from the tenancy start date and every 4 months thereafter should there be no issues in the initial routine.
You will be invited to attend each routine inspection, and we will notify you of this at the time of issuing the entry notice to the tenant (at least 7 written days). You can then let us know if you wish to attend, so we can schedule a specific time as our entry notices include 2 hour time-frames.
In the event you are not able to attend, we will forward you a copy of the inspection report, complete with photographs, upon completion of the inspection. Tenants are also sent an inspection report, along with notes regarding any issues or concerns that may have been identified. If needed, a follow-up inspection may be scheduled to ensure the premises is maintained to standard.
