As a tenant, there are certain obligations you are obliged to fulfil when vacating a property. These include submitting the requisite leave forms, providing notice, arranging a time to return the keys to the property manager and completing a final inspection.
You should allocate time for tasks such as making sure the property has been cleaned and left in the original state. Services such as gas, electricity, phone and Internet must all be disconnected, and mail re-directed to an alternative address.
