All work arranged by GVG Living for your valued investment, is carried out by a suitably qualified and licensed tradesperson.
If the work required is covered by a builders or manufacturers warranty, we contact the supplier and arrange on your behalf. We can even organise and handle repairs for insurance claims on your behalf*.
GVG Living has access to a wide range of professional tradespeople who have met GVG Living’s stringent criteria. Using our online system, we ensure only tradespeople with positive reviews, and current and adequate insurance are used. You are kept updated throughout the entire process and can log in to view the status at any stage.
*Insurance claims through Terri Scheer can be handled through GVG Living. Any other insurance providers we are unable to make claims on our clients behalf. We can still liaise with access etc for any insurance provider however the client has to make the claim. Please see further information here.
