We encourage all our prospective tenants to conduct a thorough inspection of their desired property before signing a lease.

Not in Brisbane? You can always organise a friend or relative to inspect on your behalf, however if you are moving to the area and don’t have anyone to inspect for you, simply complete and return the site unseen waiver with your application so we can process accordingly.
